Nut Butter Universe by Robin Robertson is genius. Nuts are not only delicious, ranging from mild and sweet to tannic and robust, but they are also amazingly versatile.
Robin shows us just how versatile and innovative the humble nut is. Book tour!/5(35). The cookbook is 5 star but I would actually rate it a 2 star because I purchased this cookbook thinking it was a follow-up to Robin's Nut Butter Universe cookbook and offered new and additional recipes for cooking with various nut butters.
Well, it is the exact same book as Nut Butter Universe. Boy was I disappointed/5(13). Nut Butter Universe is a reimagining of that earlier book, transformed with dozens of all new recipes, and, of course, using an entire universe of nut butters.
